Clinical Pilates
One on one sessions with a clinicians who integrate Pilates into their care. We all take a contemporary approach, which allows us to modify and evolve exercise flows that will best serve your body’s abilities, and goals. We will work on the reformer, the tower, chair, ladder barrel, and spine corrector.
